By accessing or using QueryInbox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
QueryInbox is a workflow product that helps users review Google Search Console performance data, prioritize page opportunities, and manage related follow-up work.
Accounts and Google Access
Some features require you to sign in with Google and authorize access to the following scopes: openid email profile https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly.
You must have the right to connect the Google account and Search Console properties you use with QueryInbox. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use QueryInbox to violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse connected Google data.
You may only use the service for legitimate analysis and workflow purposes related to websites and properties you are authorized to manage.
Billing and Third-Party Services
QueryInbox may offer paid plans. Billing and subscription management are processed through third-party providers, including Creem for payments and Google for authentication and Search Console access.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. QueryInbox is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
Intellectual Property
QueryInbox and its software, branding, and service design are owned by QueryInbox or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or related intellectual property.
You retain rights to the data and content you are authorized to connect or submit through your own accounts.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
QueryInbox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of third-party data, or any specific SEO outcome, ranking result, or business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryInbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using QueryInbox at any time. You may also revoke Google access from your Google account settings or disconnect Google Search Console inside the product, which stops future syncing for that connection.
QueryInbox may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if the service is abused, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
Changes to These Terms and Contact
QueryInbox may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
